      Great Managers, Terrible Leadership

      Pros

      The frontline managers are mainly great, I've had a few bad apples but for the most part they are fantastic people who care about you. I've seen the managers be blind sided by company decisions and be left in the dark with the plans for the team.

      Cons

      TELUS does not want Union employees, they want to outsource and contract out all their work. This practice is horrible and does not align with their morals.

      Exciting and fast paced. Great coworkers and teams.

      Cons

      Job used to be amazing, but due to recent changes the company has made huge mistakes and lost all of its best workers with Buy Outs and horrible sales practices. Completely lost sight of the customer experience and only cares about the bottom line.
