      Pros

      I couldn't find it. Maybe in the beginning, everything seems good and normal.

      Cons

      Managers and Team Leaders only care about your production at work. Like how many tickets you do per hour. They try to control everything to much and they don't have any type of organization. The salary is miserable for the work you have. Not worth it.

      They are none telus bends over and do everything for there clients and do not care about the support agents!! They are cucks!!!

      Cons

      Pay is terrible for today's standard and not even interested in giving a pay increase. Working on a never-ending pilot where a angry little man is in charge off. Agents have to go ask to go to the toilets while he draws up stupid graphs and gives out to them all the time because his in love and obsessed with the client while pullibg down his pants to meet there demands

      The only upside was a very select few coworkers

      Cons

      - management doesn't care about you - they want well oiled machines who care more about their bottom line than you or your health - higher ups push constantly for productivity on products that will never sell and/or will threaten your jobs over not selling products you know won't sell. - micromanagement from management - complaints will get discarded.
