HR ignores whistleblower protection act, harassment at the workplace is normalized to the point where the HR and all management ignore it, and does nothing about the people who have multiple complains filed about them. Besides that, there is zero concern for the employees, and all the support we got was "take a walk, it helps with burnout"

-9-5, very predictable - month end was busy other than that busy work - teram was all virtual alright not the best people but cant complain

Cons

- not much support from manager - high expectations for certain month end tasks, taking over P&Ls clearly communicated never done before, made me feel uncomfortable asking questions so first two months were harder than they needed to be
