Pros

The company is very Customer focused. They work hard to develop highly engaged teams, although sometimes the ratings appear to be "bought". They support a flexible work styles program where more and more people are working from home. Benefits packages are good. Employee stock plan was very lucrative. Great focus on the community and supporting many charities.

Cons

No shortage of politics and there appears to be a good old boy network at the very top with some executives. Only received one pay raise in nearly 10 years despite picking up ever increasing accountabilities and excellent performance reviews. I also witnessed many great people get let go after many years of service without a chance to find another role in the company simply because a new manager wanted somebody different.

Pros

Breadth of products offered Okay HR benefits, finally adopted teleworking Marketing company Good share price if you are in Employee share plan Mainly EBITDA focused

Cons

Not a real IT service company (some leaders are not IT and IP literate) Leaders do not "walk the talk" Very bureaucratic process, nepotism, and very political culture Monopolistic approach to employees, market and customers "Very Tight" command and control style of leadership Chose to burden itself with old traditional technology Mainly EBITDA focused (employees and customers are just numbers)

Pros

money, money, money. That is, until deduction time.

Cons

The schedule, the treatment, the lack of recognition, the lack of incentive, the 6 minutes a day you get to go to the bathroom or do anything else you might need "personally", the fact that call centre stats - and not brains, skills, and happy customer feedback - are sole indicator of whether a person should qualify for another position in the company. Has it ever occurred to you that a person might perform BETTER given a different task? Not to senior management.
