This is a unionized position, so there is relative job security. Renumeration is higher than average for the industry, because this is unionized position. Very decent benefits. Access to training.

Cons

Toxic environment. A lot of gaslighting at times reaching Orwellian level. Cultish devotion to their CEO. Micromanagement. Anti-union animus. Limited advancement opportunities, despite what they are telling you.
