Work from home is pretty the only pro at this point

Cons

Reduced benefits coverage year over year. Leaders of technical team often are not technical themselves and are easily fooled by big talkers. Changes being pushed without regard for logic or customer satisfaction. They think they are saving money but they are losing customers. No training for new systems being pushed on employees. DEI all day long when the rest of the world is moving away from it. Meetings are often led by people with horrible communication language skills.
