      Pros

      Some great people working here, can be a lot of fun. Had the opportunity lo learn all kinds of stuff that I would not have learned anywhere else.

      Cons

      More and more we are feeling like cogs in the wheel of a big impersonal company. The atmosphere has changed with layoffs and outsourcing as well as a union environment.

      Pros

      Good place to either begin your telecom career, lots to learn and movement is easy within the company, or to take a break, easy to "get lost" in the politics.

      Cons

      Mid-management tends to lack vision and front line experience. They tend to be green in the field they are managing and rounding out their resumes for future advancement OUTSIDE of TELUS
