Pros

One of the bigger companies to work at in the province. Good if you're in the leadership development program; hosed if you're not.

Cons

Management believes company is better than it actually is. Quick to fire large groups of people without thinking about the future.

Pros

Those with the drive to succeed are handsomely rewarded for their efforts. Lots of recognition and great managers in the call center environment which led to opportunities in other parts of the company. Very competitive compensation package. Great brand.

Cons

No iPhone (yet!) on CDMA network! ;) Call center work isn't for everybody. It's a great starting point to get your foot inside a very good company and move up after paying your dues (1 year) meeting and exceeding KPIs (metrics/stats).

Pros

Their benefits are good, comparing with Bell Canada and Rogers. Salary is Ok to work with. I can not recall other Pros except above.

Cons

No enough space for employees. Do not recognize employees performance, many Sr. guys are in fact only have enough skills to do Junior jobs, but many Jr. guys actually can not Sr. jobs.
