Pros

work and life balance is great! Working from home is actually strongly encouraged with the new work style practice. Very flexible as your peers are all across Canada ( Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Quebec city, Edmonton, Ottawa) and Asia (Philippines and India)

Cons

Telus can be boring depending on the team.

Pros

The company offers a lot of training opportunities to Star employees.

Cons

If you can speak the correct language and convince the management that you are a star, then you get a lot of training, recognition, salary increase etc.
