Directors at times seem disconnected from operations. Finance exerts significant, and often excessive control in other departmental operations Too high reliance on third party vendors

Very innovative and forward thinking in comparison to the other TELCO players in the Canadian market. Excellent senior management group focused on growth and getting more market share through innovation and technology. Reasonable incentive pay for sales reps that make quota.

Cons

Senior management values did not translate to strong middle management. Very short term goal oriented even with products that have 12+month sales cycle.
