Discounts and easy money for minimal skills; opportunity to potentially network and learn new skills.

Cons

Inhumane treatment, offboarding to offshore, little to no care for medical issues and a community built like a high school. Watched by AI and questioned about mouse movements along with time spent in bathroom. Provided programs that constantly break down and equipment that does not work well with said programs. Misinformed about sales continuously.

Working remotely is the only benefit.

Cons

Constant, chaotic and utterly non-sensical directives are given by management constantly. Some things we're measured on now, we're not even informed how. No consistency or clear direction are just two reasons why anxiety is high, while trust &morale are tanking. Outright gaslighting by management is increasing. Overall, a sinking ship, unfortunately.
