None, as I did not proceed further due to the unprofessional hiring experience.

Cons

Unprofessional HR (Karthick) – Engaged in haggling over compensation instead of having a structured discussion. • Disrespect for Time – When I mentioned that I had to attend another call, the HR refused to let me drop off. • Ghosting Candidates – After I communicated my notice period and performance bonus requirement for an early resignation, they declined and ghosted me without any proper response. • Lack of Transparency – After weeks of no communication, they reached out again, only after I had already accepted another offer.

My old team got bought out. I am loyal to them which is why I stay. They are a good team, tight knit, minimal turnover

Cons

Telus Health bought us, took away half days for Christmas holidays, took away mental health day (the irony), lowest pay increase in years, jump through hoops for a pitiful bonus, layoffs left and right (there’s trimming the fat and then there’s just digitizing roles that require human beings)
