Pros
-Peers are great -Great benefits - Inclusive and legit diversity
Cons
They strive to hide the fact that their employees are just numbers and are expendable. I worked close to 10 years thinking that the company cared then was disposed of when the market got a bit soft. End of the day they value profit over people. They over work their staff, and pay well under what competitors do because they try and push the work life balance and benefits pay for itself narrative. I will admit the health and life benefits are great but there is zero work life balance if you ever want to grow within the company. If you are not willing to work overtime or "go the extra mile" everyday you are cast aside and not seriously looked at for promotions or internal movement. I have been told repeatedly that "You are salary you do not have minimum hours". I will say if you are a person who does not value your outside work life and live by the "grind" mentality, this is not the workplace for you.
