      Just don't work in "Care"

      Pros

      Great pay, great benefits, great people for the most part. Great opportunities if you know the right people.

      Cons

      In the last few years the Customer/Client Care department turned into a sales department. If you are being hired for one of those departments be prepared to have a very sales oriented job and to be stuck in that department unless you can blow their sales target out of the water consistently for at least a year

      Pros

      Excellent perks, free phone, bonus, but they use alignment factor to curb the payout. Good corporate image, lots of opportunity to advance but if the management doesn't like you, you will be blacked balled then you are screwed

      Cons

      Some management don't play nice or follow the norm rules. If you are liked, you are fired or forced out, doesn't matter how good or bad you are. If u are useless, as long as management likes you, you're set
