Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great people for the most part. Great opportunities if you know the right people.

Cons

In the last few years the Customer/Client Care department turned into a sales department. If you are being hired for one of those departments be prepared to have a very sales oriented job and to be stuck in that department unless you can blow their sales target out of the water consistently for at least a year
