      Pushes you to breaking point, then fires you for poor performance

      Pros

      Not a whole lot of them. Benefits are decent, nice phone plan deal. Endless amount of online courses for free.

      Cons

      Very high turn around. Lets long time employees slack off and have new hires work to their breaking points. (I took on average 100 calls a day while those who had been there a while took 20, maybe 30 a day) Pushes you to your breaking point then fires you for not performing well enough Brags you are pushed a lot due to being paid a very competitive salary. Pay itself is nothing amazing and many less stressful places pay much more.

      Pros

      Hyper Active environment, no time to get bored. Good location of offices.

      Cons

      Mobbing on every step. Will exploit you until you will give up and than will turn back to you. Company likes when you are doing something for them for free. Rejection of any request is taken very personally and will effect your salary/possible promotion. You are not paid for overworked hours. Bonuses are double taxed (first as bonus, than added to your base salary and taxed once again)

      Pros

      3 years ago.. was exciting, progressive & was pushing the " client first " credo! Made you feel good to go into work each day!

      Cons

      New upper management in last year... many, many mid to senior management and long term loyal employees transitioned out (early retirement or packaged out). High underlying stress levels at every level of the company!
