      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, can work from home.

      Cons

      Lots of manipulative co workers with little skill who brown nose to get ahead and then become your manager. Dysfunctional senior leadership hire their managers off the street or with little tenure. They can't seem to see the brown nosing , or thats what they look for in their leaders.

      Pros

      One of the best part of TELUS is the people you work with. The vast majority are well intentionned , customer and results focus as well as smart and good at what they do. Another great benefit of working at TELUS is the capability of working from home if your job allows it. TELUS is also very great at providing opportunities to give back to your community and is finding solutions for its customer and its internal operations to be good for the environment. Good deeds make good publicity. To stay competitive, change is the only constant.

      Cons

      Once you are in the big corporate environment it is difficult to move up or get significant raise unless you are willing to give up on life balance. Often people that are more focused on promoting their career, get visibility and "manage up" get promoted over people that are better at their job and focused on delivering to customers what their job actually is. To stay competitive, change is the only constant be ready for it.

      Pros

      The people at TELUS are awesome. Most of the people live the culture that TELUS tries to create. Depending on your manager they is little to no micromanagement. Workstyle for mobile business analyst is awesome as well.

      Cons

      growing your career at TELUS can be slow if you don't have the support of your current manager.
