Customer service was stable and it is difficult to get fired once you pass probation

Cons

Found it to be a toxic work environment in many cases. Lots of workplace bullying. Don’t say anything on pulse check, don’t speak your mind because you will be targeted.

People there were really friendly Lots of Events and Charity Opportunities

Cons

Operations didnt always consider employee impact when making policies Getting accommodations was really difficult Only Seemed to care about employees on paper. Hiring Teamleads seemd like a favoritism contest and it was hard to move to different positions outside of call work.
