      TELUS has turned into a very cut throat company, lead by senior management, it has sadly become rotten to the core and is a shell of itself from a friendly, competitive work environment where your leaders and peers would lift you up and encourage you to do your best work everyday. Now it's just about who you can knock down, doing more with less, and being grossly under appreciated

      Pay was good thanks to the efforts of the union.

      Cons

      They are busily offshoring all the jobs. People who are left are going to be dealing with AI that are tracking every single second that you're logged in and tracking every single word you say.
