- Great co-workers/ peers - Opportunity to earn a lot of money based on performance; if given the chance - Can be a relaxing work setting - A chance to network with customers - Getting a good look at the inside of the telecommunications industry - Some great managers that coach you and support you to find opportunities for growth, development, and career advancement

Cons

- Personal experience, A bad store manager that constantly found ways to make work life miserable - Pay is inconsistent, depending on your performance, sale season/ period, a stores traffic - Employee incentives, Employee competitions, and sometimes Manager-Employee coaching can lead to teaching employees bad practices to meet expectations due to overwhelming pressure to the employee
