Pros
Many of the people not in senior leadership who work here are smart, dedicated, and great to work with. They will go the extra mile and are always seeking a better way forward.
Cons
Leadership is constantly changing, which is extremely disruptive. During my tenure there were multiple rounds of redundancies, poor strategic decision-making, a lack of overall direction, and a cult of personality around the CEO. All these factors lead to a grinding halt in most forms of progress across the board. Hiring freezes were almost always in place and the company will generally only hire contractors who must leave after 3 years (company policy).
