Pros

You may negotiate a good salary if the requirements are critical

Cons

The managers here know only one tactic, do micro management on them. All they bother about is your presence in office for over 8hrs in your shift irrespective of how hard you may have to work outside your shift hours during critical issues. Managers here have zero flexibility and they rather force HR to further push employees. And they do all this in the name of HR policies which in a way are controlled by the managers themselves. There are other departments/projects where the managers are flexible and they consider employee's personal issues as well. But not in SAP department. One particular manager who lives just few blocks away from office has only one aim in his life, make people sit for nothing in office for 8+ hrs, and force them to take leaves even when a person needs to be away for 30mins for personal work. Threatening employees in the name of HR is his day to day work, stalking people's availability on chat applications seems his fav. hobby.

Pros

The office premises is new and looks vibrant.

Cons

Too much if micro management and no interference by HR people when things are going wrong due to the managers. The employee can leave the company if he / she is fed up. Managers talk to you like road side vendors and treat you as if they are paying you from their own pocket. As long as these people remain in this company, it can never grow. May be the reason why it had shut down their operations in the past

Pros

If you are looking for pros, join some other company

Cons

I feel compelled to share my thoughts on the managerial approach within the company, particularly the pervasive micromanagement that seems to be ingrained in the culture. The managers here are more focused on doing their daily politics rather than letting employees work for the customers. The culture in T Systems Pune is far worse than most IT companies I have worked for in India The HR policies are one sided and favor only managers and this is what the managers take advantage of. Rather than focusing on customer they focus on employees ill being. As an e.g. Just because one manager lives 2 blocks away from office, he made sure that everyone else has to come to office daily irrespective of how far the person lives. This person didn't spare people even during the Covid times but couldn't force them officially. Now his daily business is to force other managers to get their teams to office as well. This seems like his life's only agenda. Office politics is at worse level in this company, managers only focusing on how to get the next promotion.
