Pros
You may negotiate a good salary if the requirements are critical
Cons
The managers here know only one tactic, do micro management on them. All they bother about is your presence in office for over 8hrs in your shift irrespective of how hard you may have to work outside your shift hours during critical issues. Managers here have zero flexibility and they rather force HR to further push employees. And they do all this in the name of HR policies which in a way are controlled by the managers themselves. There are other departments/projects where the managers are flexible and they consider employee's personal issues as well. But not in SAP department. One particular manager who lives just few blocks away from office has only one aim in his life, make people sit for nothing in office for 8+ hrs, and force them to take leaves even when a person needs to be away for 30mins for personal work. Threatening employees in the name of HR is his day to day work, stalking people's availability on chat applications seems his fav. hobby.
