      Pros

      Only work life balance is good .but now all company is allowing WFH and other facility

      Cons

      Very Average interms of policy and process.No clearity specially HR function is disasterous.Growth is very very minimal Less projects.HR is unclear how to closely work with every team.Very tough for the company to survive in India where they so .any big brands.HR should try retaining their old talents and then think cost cut or compete with other Indian Giant brand abd their strategy.

      1. The company has been reinstated since 2016. They have started acquiring major projects from it's parent company Deutsche Telekom. Thus, one can get allocated in good projects. 2. Some of the projects may based on product of Deutsche Telekom while some could be a pure service based projects. So, one may get chances to work across different technology stack 3. Provide good hikes at the time of joining. One may expect 50-60% hike based on technical expertise.

      Cons

      1. Major drawback, their appraisal cycles are way different. Variable bonus gets credited in the month of May for the financial year of April- March. While the annual appraisal is done in the month of October/November which gets credited along with arrears of 5-6 months (April-October). So, one would definitely lose one or the other thing. 2. Few of the management starts doing dirty politics over the technical person. 3. Work life balance may get affected. 4. They say they are following a flat hierarchy system but it's not truth in practical way.

      End number if corns such as worst culture worst management, worst HR they don't even bother to give reply of the mail send by employee regarding some issues, managers from HR are doing this. Don't join this company at all be jobless for month or two but don't join this company
