Pros

I didn't find anything good here

Cons

Too many issues with this organization. The managers do what they wish to do and HR watches as spectators. People are forced to take leaves for no reason. Many people had salary cuts due to the fact that their managers didn't approve their timesheet. There are few technologies where people had flexibility but not in many departments. The company doesn't provide even the basic facility of hygienic washrooms (in evening) and food. The food vendors open from 09 am to 05 pm. Those in morning shift have to stay hungry (and without even coffee since the machines are shut down) from 6am to 9am. Those in late shift don't have access to food after 5pm and they can have their dinner once they leave office after 11pm. The managers have a cold attitude and openly say that either you stay hungry or order from Zomato, it's not an organization's problem . One manager who lives at 2mins walk from office has no concern about other's commute time and forces everyone to be in office irrespective of shift timings, rain, or whatsoever. It doesn't even feel safe to reach office by 6am in the dark for girls but that's not the company's problem. If you say something, you are bluntly told to find another job.

Pros

There is none at all

Cons

This company was shut down earlier and then they reopened their operations in 2016. Since they needed people, few ex-IBM ers joined this company as managers and bring their side kicks along. So these people have no real people management experience and all they do in office is gossip, politics and micro management. The HR dept have no guts to speak up or even make policies which are uniform across the organization. Don't waste your time here

Pros

There is nothing good to count for

Cons

The managers in this company only know one thing - how to harass people and make them sit in office for 10hrs irrespective of work. People are then expected to work in night or during P1 as well from home. It doesn't matter whether you have attended customer call for whole night, you still have to come to office or else your attendance will be rejected and you will loose your pay. Company managers are highly bias. This is the company where managers even forced employees to come to office even during Covid situation though they were not officially reject attendance requests if employee wished not to come to office for his / her safety. But now, the managers have only one motto - bring everyone to office without any considerations. HR policies are highly biased and HR basically do nothing but listen to these managers. So my advice would be to rather work for an org where HR means business and they protect employee rights
