Pros

Free lunch. Free light morning breakfast OR evening snacks. (Only one) Compoffs and a good number of leaves. Dinner and cab at night only if leaving late

Cons

1. No promotions and hierarchies. Very poor career opportunities. 2. Ultra Poor work/life balance when there are urgent deliveries. [15-16 hours in a single stretch :( ]. Weekend disturbances. 3. Limited learning - There are no large-scale distributed projects to work on. So you will never learn to design high scale applications but only programming (good for freshers). 4. High level of politics. 5. Flexible timing is a myth. Your morning timing is restricted by early meetings. Your evening timing might be stretched by the huge workload. 6. Poor performance review process. 7. WFH comes with restrictions. 8. Third-party contractual employees form a major part of the team (not an issue but) and most of them are poor performers.

You will get ample amount of time to sleep on bench

1. Very less projects in T-Systems India 2. Top management of India is worst, fool. They actually don't know what they are doing and how to grab the projects. Even after the T-Systems germany name associated with them they are still not able to grab the projects and this is really worry some. 3. People here at bench and get the appraisals, variable pay but those who are working very hard are not even getting appraisals to compensate the inflation. 4. Very very old technologies used in projects, its kind of a back office of T-Systems Germany, they from germany build the project and you maintain the project. 5. Most importantly their appraisal cycle and variable cycle is so pathetic that whatever you do if you think about leaving the company you will lose at least one. 6. Every company has provided compensations and all in covid for working from home and the management wakes up in october after people has complained about it. 7. They will ask you to send referrals but never ever your referred people will get the call but same person will get the interview call if referred from the CONSULTANCY. now you get me what I am saying here. 8. I can write whole essay but would stop myself as its worthless
