The only common pros is Food

Fake reviews posted All 5 star review are fake and were given by HR only to increase rating Worst company Not value employees Policy and management are outdated Highly hypocrite Egoistic people at top Poor hiring policy Startup during development and established firm during appraisal Dual face people Cant trust HR, very cunning Irritated work environment Groupism Partail with one's joined from Airtel and one's who are not No interaction of manager with the team If u have any concern please come with solution too, as they don't have brain to solve it Expects everything from employee Very cheap in terms of valuing employees Not a company to work for Every good employee left within a month or two max Remaining good people were trapped by there policies of joining bonus with a bond Some because of variable component which they gave after 1.5years No one willing to stay No brand value Everyone now looking for a switch, as no one is happy with culture policy and appraisal Very manipulative Using all free tools, slack, git all free versions are in use Not even ready to invest in technology All open source free thing are forced to use, despite of having challenges Poor mindset and thought process Dont recommend anyone Will regret after joining

I don't see any pros working here.

Cons

1> This company has no policy and guideline. Higher authority and HR do whatever it please them. 2> Lack of basic amenities.i.e Parking,dirty washroom. 3> Unnecessary delay in your hike cycle. Every company give hike letter in April these smart people give it in October. 4> Work quality is pathetic. They will hire you explaining about fake project of development. But it is actually tool support or even worst. Long time stay in this company is risk for your career. 5> This company has good brand value outside India. But because of management in India this company is pathetic. They are completely dependent on Germany and if they don't want the project in India they will shut down entire project without any hindrance. 6> This company has notice period of 60 days but when you resign. They will ask you to pay as they were releasing you early due to non availability of project. 7> After your resignation you are suppose to follow them to get your Experience letter and Final settlement amount. They won't give any particular date for releasing the payment. Every time they will say tomorrow. 8> Learning opportunity and platform are negligible. 9> There best excuse of all problem is they are new company. Even after 5 year they are new. All claim processing is on paper.

Nothing i can see. If you are from service company background you might feel package is good

Alot of cons. Basics issues: - First and major one is rude HR. Lack of portals and process and escalation metrics. - They dont give you away appointment letter/id cards/ access cards / laptops/ even a small rubber band without follow ups. - By chance they are disbursing certain gifts HR team will make sure people are humiliated before finially giving away gift to them. - If you are joining be clear in mind you wont get proof of employment or any document from company side even after 2 months from joining date. They will give you reasons we are shifting, hiring, and doing other stuffs etc etc. - Makeup your mind strong if you joining in because they have no SLA or HR process in place. It feels like India government offices, even police station are better. You might get passport with all verification done but you will not get any letter or any proof of employment if really needed for long time. I am still waiting for appointment letter after spending 2 months in this company. Operation guys: Those in operation understand they dont pay you shift allowance apart from night shift allowance which litterly means night shift 9 or 10 p.m to 6 a.m. If you think 6 hour present policy is for you. Then you are in delusion. Development guys: Get ready and enjoy 6 hr present policy. No work so basically you can leave office after warming up your seat for 6 hours. After all these negative Vibes/Unwelcoming environment plus lack of quality work i decide to quit within a month from joining.
