Pros

The boots to the ground employees are genuinely good, hardworking, wonderful people.

Cons

-Misrepresentation (Bait and switch) and 5 day in office (no exceptions.) - Starr is run by someone who is completely out of touch with current industry standards re: office attendance for work/life balance and indifferent to his employees needs or concerns. - Starr leadership/executive team does not care about its employees and the executive officers can’t stand up to M. Greenberg. - HR is NOT an employee advocate but rather an advocate for Starr. - Starr’s “either abide by Greenberg’s rules (which are ever changing) or there’s the door” mentality is off putting, completely disrespectful, and creates an awful working environment.

Pros

Excellent salary and benefits comparable to the rest of the market; challenging work

Cons

Females are treated as inferior, company-wide. Politics govern everything from work processes to promotions. Alliances weigh heavier than solid work performance.
