Pros

The company is very personable and offers excellent benefits and opportunities to move up. They also have great traing and are for the most part fair.

Cons

The economy is causing them to forget what they are all about. They are closing stores, laying people off, demoting and changing rules and practices they've stood by for years. They are causing partners to lose faith in the company.

Pros

There are a couple of reasons on why I like to work for Starbucks. First, is the benefits package. You only have to work 20 hours a week to get health care and other types of insurance for a cheap price. I also like the fact that baristas get a free pound of coffee or box of tea every week.

Cons

I really don't like the district managers. They are incompetent and chase away a lot of the best future leaders and employees.
