Great place to work, lots of fun, free coffee, overall, I really enjoyed my time there
Pros
Fun place to work and lots of great, talanted people. A really great culture and work/life balance, awesome location, even though parking was terrible. Free coffee all day was a big plus for me. All of my superiors were really great and understanding and knew my name and cared about me as a person. I liked the way that reviews were handled and they were very honest about what they wanted to see.
Cons
My department was not the best for career advancement. Also, you kind of have to "drink the Frappichino" and be a Starbucks fanatic. The parking that was free to employees was not the best, even though they have a shuttle from the free lot. Not a lot of room to advance in the customer service sector, and they ended up moving the call center to New Mexico.
