Pros

Health insurance is the main benefit for me. The company is ethical and treat their employees well. Starbucks is picky about who they hire, so my co workers have usually been pretty awesome people.

Cons

The pay isn't very good. The hours can be a little hard to work around. The busy hours can be stressful.

Pros

It was a great place to work. I learned a lot from working there and had a lot of opportunities grown from there.

Cons

Honestly, there wasn't a downside just lots of weird hours as having to be there at 4:00am. It was also hard when a few times the shirt leader did not show up a few times at 4:00am and would be waiting for them.
