Pros

Can't beat the health, dental and vision benefits for part time.! 20 hours per week No limit on drinks while working. Also the free pound of coffee per week was awesome. I worked with fun people of all ages.

Cons

When I started working for Starbucks there was a lot of flexability with scheduling. Now in many stores you are required to work 8 hour shifts and 30 plus hours. Also we never had enough coverage which caused a lot of stress! When I started it was fun and we i left it was exhausting.

Pros

Decent wages, kind manager, free drinks during work, up-beat atmosphere. Learned to be independent and a team player, acquired customer service skills.

Cons

Employees are gossipy and drama is easily created within stores. Many times employees begin to date one another due to close proximity.
