Cons

Performance Managment- Making peoples lives miserable until they quit or they lash back so you can write them up and fire them.

Pros

Great benefits compared to a lot of jobs.

Cons

Pay wasn't as good as I needed to stay there. Great for kids.

Pros

There is always something to do. You get to meet new people every day. You get to work on a team of people and feel a sense of accomplishment through finishing tasks. There are cool perks, such as a discount on food, drinks and retail, and free drinks while working. It is flexible.

Cons

Every store is different and not every store has such fun and awesome people to work with - it just depends. You are on your feet a lot. The pay is not amazing to start out with, though it was fine for me, since I was working part time while in school. (You might put on weight if you're not careful.)
