Pros

the people you work with; the environment; brand identity; somewhat flexible schedule; the overall mission of the corporation; benefits given to most employees

Cons

upper management is out of touch with the real workload; increasing need to work many extra hours to stay caught up over last three years; DMs are caught in between the stores' reality & the RDs / RVPs expectations

Pros

It is a good opportunity to practice customer service skills, as well as to expand one's knowledge of the food service and coffee industries.

Cons

One has to cope with unpredictable working hours, stressful situations, constant multitasking, and physically demanding job activities. Furthermore, my store is chronically understaffed.
