Thank you for sharing your review. Our purpose and calibre of the work we do to help scientists and educators find solutions for generations to come is exciting. We do have great and highly talented colleagues and our offices are indeed rather nice bonus for us all. We are continuing to look at career development and have last year developed a global platform to support this and be more transparent. With thanks again and best wishes.

Pros

The staff at SN are wonderful, it's very diverse and individuals are celebrated.

Cons

Not keen to modernise, not innovative. Lots of tiny cogs in a massive wheel. Senior management lack skills beyond just having been around a long time.

Thank you for sharing. We are proud of our great company culture and our highly inclusive environment. We aim for our colleagues to have opportunities to learn continuously so we all enjoy rewarding and enduring careers. Feedback is important and we asked our global colleagues what's important to them last year and we have made changes and developed various initiatives to support every colleague. Our aim is that we understand what we can expect by working here and offer our managers and colleagues support in broadening their horizons.

Thank you for sharing. Around the world, Springer Nature aims to be a great company to work for. We are dedicated to living our values and unlocking the full potential of our people and our commitment to do so extends to having an inclusive culture. We offer numerous opportunties for continuous learning and development. Many of our colleagues enjoy working in a truly global, hybrid business that invests in our people and technology as you mention. In 2023, 74% of our colleagues took part in our annual engagement survey and we listened to the insights and look further action on many points including creating a career hub to enhance career development opportunties and support for global managers. Please talk to HR if you experience 'gaslighting' which goes against our Springer Nature values. Thank you.
