Pros

If you are willing to start at the bottom and are good at what you do, you will move up very quickly in this company. If you are lazy and don't want to work you will hate this job. You are expected to work. If you avoid calls you will be gone very quickly. If you don't catch on right away the team leads will bend over backwards to help you until you get it. You just have to have the desire to succeed in this job. Dress code is business casual.

Cons

This is an entry level job and the pay is also entry level, not minimum wage but not much better. Increases are based on how many skills you learn and yearly reviews, although overtime is plentiful much of the year which helps. You also will spend alot of time sitting down.

Pros

I can't complain. Pay is about what my last place paid. Benefits here are way way better. I like the people I work with and the hours.

Cons

Start a management training program. I would like to apply for a manager position in the future and it would be great if the company had a training program.

Dear Current Employee, Thank you for the feedback. I do believe we pay competitively and I know we have very good benefits as we benchmark them with our benefits broker every year. Thank you for the feedback on a management training program. My team is in the process of laying out a road map of manager training that we will be launching in September. We are excited about the content we have created/will leverage, and look forward to getting both current and prospective managers and supervisors trained. Thank you for the suggestion of guest speakers. I think that is a good idea that we will pilot. Thank you again for your feedback. Regards, Greg von der Linden Vice President of Human Resources

Pros

One of the markers of good leadership is the willingness to do what they are asking of their teams. At Autopoint we work for those who breath that model. The phrase "Open Door" is epitimized. However, more than an invitation to voice dissatisfaction the open door here is one that allows all members of all teams, regardless of rank, to make suggestions and sometimes even pilot those ideas. Management asks for a lot, but they are willing to do it too, and if you think you have a better idea, it's invited to be shared. There is always a willingness to change what doesn't seem to be working...sometimes it gets changed because it isn't working well enough!

Cons

The work-life balance leans in the direction of work at Autopoint. As a nation wide company within multiple time zones calls may come in pretty early for one coast and they can ring late for the other. Our clients have demanding schedules and sometimes, our schedules need to bend to in unique directions
