      Pros

      I gained a lot of good sales and general office environment experience through my time at SoftwareONE. There are a lot of really great employees who became mentors and friends.

      Cons

      With "vision 2018" I feel that a lot of the small, but important pieces of keeping employees satisfied are being lost. Tensions are high and there's a general feeling of instability in the future of the company.

      Pros

      Company is growing, services and solutions being added regularly to fulfill customer needs. Very entrepreneurial in that sense. Sales has great income potential and additional perks and benefits. Company culture is one of the best, really aligns with the best of the tech business out there. Exciting new offerings available to help beat out the competition.

      Cons

      Tough industry to start in without previous experience. However, if you are motivated, you can quickly grow in this company. With that said- pay is not in the upper echelon, especially from the start.

      Company provides work from home benefit to employee , it is a like a boat which has multiple holes and will surely drown..this is specially applicable for GSDC and Technical Team i.e. Global service delivery center. and Cloud

      lack of increment and lack of listening problem They can fire you anytime no Job Security at all
