Pros

Good benefits, quarterly bonuses, etc.

Cons

If you are new to the company don't expect much help, and if things are not going well they will drop you like a hot potato!

Pros

Current pros- timely fixed salary

Cons

Shortage of resources from last 2 years, Indian management runs on bureaucracy. Constantly finding ways of cutting your goals. Used to be a really good organization 5 years back, but now it's just like any other Indian Company in the market. Payscale is not very good. Focus is not on quality, but on quantity of work.

Very sorry to hear you believe we have lost that magic. We working hard at maintaining our culture amidst the growth and execution of our strategy. Not easy and India is a key part of that for which we celebrate and embrace the amazing culture that the country offers. We are constantly reviewing compensation against many other aspects of the employee experience - but the feedback here keeps us sharp and I am grateful for that. I wish you every success in your new path. John.

Pros

Good Salary for freshers (but 25% in variables which might be deducted if your goals are not achieved) Less politics than other Companies

Cons

No work-life Balance at all, Extended Shifts, which they will not force you to do but will burden you with so much of work that you end up extending your shifts else your goals (25% variable) might get cut. Be ready to Celebrate Holi and Diwali with your laptop in you Lap as there are No holidays what so ever except for Jan 1, and ofcourse HR or the interviewer will never tell you this beforehand so you get the surprise when you join the Company. On top of it they might ask you to log in in Saturday and Sunday as well. Absolutely Immature Team leaders, who in reality are "Bosses" than leaders (like almost in every company but here is "next level" ) Lacks Courage, will never stand up for you and put forward your genuine concerns to the higher mangement (who might actually do something if they knew ) No Growth at all after a certain point . In order to make it "look like" growth they downgraded freshers with an associate lable from Procurement Specialist which they were originally hired for so that Procurement Specialist feel superior. HR is Courageles and have little to no say (like every other company)

Thank you for the feedback and I am sorry to hear that this is your experience. It is not the culture we have embedded or support. Equally we are very open about our flat hierarchy in a cultural sense so I am sorry if you did not feel you could ever come to me or my colleagues directly if you felt you were not being heard - this is very important to us and of course I am directly accountable for HR so always want to listen to ideas as to how we can improve employee partnerships and enablement. We do operate a performance based culture with bonuses as a key part of that - this is not always to everyone's DNA but it is clear part of our strategy as is the ability to over perform. Regardless of all of this I wish you every success in your continued career. Thank you again, John.
