use of propaganda to promote "family" culture limited progession Clique mentality poor management (promoted to level of incompetence) People disappear (no one's ever made redundant or fired) Pay rises are reluctantly given (bare minimum) Still being run like a sales organisation

Cons

Some of the existing plebeians still in place who may transmute or preserve the old culture. It took the managing out or resigning of 20+ of Australia’s best talent to get there.
