Prior to 2017, I couldn't say enough about the culture and vision of the company. Best years of my career.

Cons

Rapid growth, acquisitions, going public and transforming rapidly introduced chaos and dysfunction, at least for a period of time. Hopefully, things have stabilized.

Leadership : Not all, but my experience with one of the leader was as such that I now give examples of him (on what not to follow in leadership) - taking credits, putting the team under the bus, creating cat fights, disrespect both physically and mentally.

Wasn't until I turned in my notice that leadership was going to bump up my salary by $40k. Shows that they did value me but didn't want to pay me. Say there is growth, but there isn't. You need to be in NORAM Pres. Ashley Baird's small clicky group to get anywhere.
