Pros

The M.D is a nice enough guy.

Cons

All of the Managers Particularly the Sales Managers will treat you like they are supremely better than you are. Give you no help but insist you deliver the world. The other sales team members hate management so much they will leave you to fend for yourself just to prove a point.

Hi Thanks for taking the time to provide your comments. I appreciate that feedback is in itself a subjective view of any situation however, having said that, our local leadership teams provide a very transparent and open platform for that feedback internally, and work very hard to address and respond to questions, concerns and criticism. They do an excellent job of listening to direct comments as well as reviewing and responding to the other feedback loops we have (our engagement survey for example). Our local teams (from the ground up) also provide accessible and safe forums where negative or constructive comments are proactively addressed as well as giving totally 'open' paths to raise any feedback with the executive team if necessary. Of course people are free to provide both positive and critical reviews in open forums such as this one but our goal is to be aware and address anything before that stage - in general this is achieved very well by the in country teams. There are never any forced reviews, you can see it in the variety of comments we receive. Equally while all feedback is valuable, we will also directly address comments that are simply not the case. What you describe above is sadly not in line with the culture of the group nor is it what we believe is the reality of any of our country organisations. We are not perfect and we will always need to improve - we all have a responsibility here and will continue to empower the local teams to do a great job and move the needle as you describe. If you would like to discuss any of your views and feedback constructively, openly and confidentially, please feel free to reach out to your MD, me or any of the group leadership team so we can work together to address any issues. Thanks again, John.

Pros

PTO is plentiful. Cool if you get to use it.

Cons

- ZERO DIVERSITY. Leadership is all white men, no effort to become more diverse. - HR is a nightmare. You can see that just by global responding to every negative review on Glassdoor in a condescending manner. Harassment happens all the time and HR does nothing to protect their employees. - There is no commitment to culture. It’s just words on a wall at this point. - Turnover rate is very high and it’s only the best people who are leaving. Leadership is doing nothing to stop it and is glazing over the obvious truth : this is no longer a place for top performers. - You will be overworked for little money. If you voice concerns about this, you will be told you are entitled. - Quotas for unestablished BDMs are unreasonably high, given the lack of training. - Leadership is very frugal and always looking for a way to pay you less

Hi - thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I apologise if you feel our replies are condescending - that's not the intention of course. We are trying to acknowledge, address and use the feedback to improve. You are right, our current executive management team is as you describe - this is a fact, however, I would disagree that there is zero diversity there - yes on a gender basis, however the team has a wide international background culturally and have all lived / worked in international locations. I am absolutely clear this is not necessarily perfect - however we are actually proud of the diversity across the wider group and will continue to promote and foster diversity where possible. In North America, the current NORAM Leadership team has a number of females appointed who have all been appointed on merit as highly successful engaged employees. What is most concerning for me is your comment on harassment - this is something we do not tolerate on any level - as written in our code of conduct. If you feel that is, or see that this is happening - I would ask you to raise it our attention immediately - if you don't feel comfortable with bringing this to me, then you are welcome to address this Patty (HR Director), Jascha (NORAM Legal), or please feel free to reach any of the HR team worldwide.
