Pros

It used to be the best company to work for in its field, globally, until 2019. Excellence was like oxygen, on a daily basis.

Cons

After Patrick Winter ( founder and CEO) passed away in 2018, the company culture started to erode, opportunitistic global executive leaders started internal civil war for "holding the reigns", motivated only by their personal short term bonuses for the failed company acquisitions and toxic integrations (Comparex etc.)

Poor Leadership, Focus only on EBITDA. Integrity Issues

good plan but poor execution

Cons

My manager can't even write or speak proper English. Poor leadership skill. It is all about EBITDA. Integrity issues where you allow to give partner money to win deals.

Great Potential - Poor Execution

Pros

401k match, relaxed dress code, decent salary, travel opportunity, flexibility in working hours, free lunches, flat organization, good location, fun environment.

Cons

Sales floor is like a daycare. Money is wasted on unnecessary job roles and positions. People will now be screwed out of 25% of their yearly bonus due to things they can't control (EBITDA bonus which doesn't affect the employees who spend the most). So much time is wasted on leadership training and kool-aid drinking. CEO and VPs have no idea what anyone does outside of sales.
