Pros

- The company takes learning and improving itself very seriously, it has professionalized enormously during the past two years with regards to culture development, product development, team management and employee growth - Very results oriented management, but striking a good balance with the human factor through flexible working schedule, a very long list of benefits and generous compensation - Some of the best product, design and analytics talents in the industry to learn from - Lots of internal opportunities for people showing talent - No politics, people are encouraged to communicate honestly and transparently - Tries to facilitate onboarding of foreigners as much as possible (getting visa, ID, national health service, etc)

Cons

- Not everyone is fit for its culture: the company challenges to constantly improve results, people who do not like to move out of their comfort zone can have difficulties meeting expectations.

Pros

I've been working in Social Point for some years and I saw it grow. The best of the company is the people. Great talent in all departments: product, technology, art... you can really learn from a lot of people. Another very important point is that the company is very healthy, stable and profitable. CEOs are very transparent doing keynotes frequently giving a lot of details about the status of the company, and even about the financials. Apart from that, great benefits, great location in Barcelona, nice offices, ...

Cons

Well, one of the company values is work hard, play hard, so you really work hard there. The company has grown a lot but it still needs a lot of procedures, although it is improving every year. And finally, the mobile gaming business is very challenging and unstable, so changes of direction and rushes are frequent, and you need to understand it.

Pros

Since I joined in 2012 the company culture has improved to a very satisfying level. Not only did I get many benefits that made my life easier, the company has undergone many structural changes that empowered teams to work independently and try new things. I left Socialpoint for private reasons and I miss the guys every day. It has been the best professional experience in my life.

Cons

At the beginning there was a lack of good Leads and Management, but it has changed. I have read some bad reviews here, partly right at the given time, but totally old info compared to today.
