Pros

Transparent culture - you can ask the managers anything and they will answer your question The company puts a lot of thought and effort into training and development - every team member has a personal training budget and is encouraged to use it Great offices - gym, hairdresser, lunch everyday Culture focused on goals not hours - teams can leave earlier on Fridays if they have achieved their goals for the week

Cons

The management could put more effort into planning

Pros

Awesome Benefits, Good People, Great Professionals, Great Location

Cons

Those who work and give their best are easily put away, those who are praised are always too busy doing their own public relations. There are 3 really good managers in the company who make things work, the rest have no idea what they are doing, just attending the childish wishes of the CEO's about copying the new game in the market.
