      Pros

      Amazing company, the best I've worked at in my years in games. The benefits are fantastic (they make you feel more than wanted) and the support you get from the companies itself is second to none. I couldn't recommend it enough. I worked as a Senior Level Designer there for 7 months and had a great time, I was very reluctant to leave, but I had some personal, and family issues at the time. I would return in a heartbeat if asked.

      I had to leave! Unfortunatly, I had some issues I needed to resolve at the time.

      Pros

      Dynamic and fast paced. American like company in the heart of Barcelona. Great benefits and amazing talented people (best in the South of Europe). Ambition and plenty of opportunities for those up to the challenge.

      Cons

      Long working days and too many back and forths. No standardization in any production process. Only for hard workers who love to the start up world.
