Not a dreamy place at all

Pros

Colleagues and gifts from company

Cons

Everything else unfortunately. CEOs and management do not care about employees, and only specific and selected employees actually get somewhere, not because of their talent but because of their friends in the higher spheres. Compensation is very good for Barcelona but definitely could be better as in other gaming companies in the area. Generic bad feeling among employees who cannot express their opinion.

Pros

Big company , lots of talented people. Good starting point if it's your first job in the industry. Free meals.

Cons

Bad management. Frequent crunches due to bad management. Management frequently harsh and disrespectufl with employees. Salaries of certain departments are way lower than the rest. Employees that make visible or criticise bad managing get fired. Management has no clue about game industry and repeating previous hits... the only direction is making copycats of succesful games on the app store.

Sketchy dictatorship

Pros

Very decent salaries and Barcelona is a nice city, but:

Cons

Owners blatantly copy other games. Not just the general ideas, everything. I wonder why they never run into legal problems. Zero creativity, just a business. Some good people in the company, but they suffer under the bullyish owners. Owners behave like stereotypical Hollywood jocks and have no idea how a game works. So much micromanagement, everything has to run though them. Their behaviour is backed by tons of investor money. Why and where from, no one knows. Don't even try to fix stuff or criticize them. At best you'll get literally yelled at...
