      - High level of autonomy in your role. You are free to use whatever tools/techniques/methodologies you want, as long as you get the job done. 
 - Socialpoint really invest in YOU. In addition to a learning budget, you are always being pushed to be a better version of yourself and grow professionally. 
 - Great compensation/benefits (some of the best in town!) 
 - International team (32+ nationalities) - Amazing office space

      Cons

      - Be ready for change. Due to the nature of the industry, projects are started then cancelled if they don’t show promising KPI’s.

      Pros

      Dynamic and fast paced. American like company in the heart of Barcelona. Great benefits and amazing talented people (best in the South of Europe). Ambition and plenty of opportunities for those up to the challenge.

      Cons

      Long working days and too many back and forths. No standardization in any production process. Only for hard workers who love to the start up world.
