      Not as good as it used to be

      Pros

      Best WLB and culture I've seen in any company, very little stress and relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Salary used to be quite good in the area, now it's really behind after covid hit the travel sector really bad. All the great people is leaving, and attrition is skyrocketing.

      Pros

      I highly recommend Skyscanner as a great place to work. I can point many pros, such as flexibility, all the benefits we receive and the most important, the culture and people in the company. I can just say that every Monday, I wake up motivated and happy to work, and thats the key!
