Pros

Skyscanner is a really collaborative and fun place to work. You are getting to work with people who are at the top of their game and love what they do. You always feel supported and part of a team, and its an incredibly exciting time to be a part of this company. The benefits are great, including a ping pong table to take a break, and free fruit and juice. This is a fast paced company always coming up with new ideas to improve the product, which makes for an exciting environment!

Cons

I don't see any cons in Skyscanner. I see it as a supportive and collaborative atmosphere and one that is great to work in.

Pros

Freedom to be creative and think laterally. In other businesses senior leadership often pays lip service to any operational challenges and then does nothing. At Skyscanner, the senior leaders listen to what is actually happening in the business and work with you to make changes happen.

Cons

Its very fast and not somewhere you can while away the hours for a pay check. You need to want to be part of something hugely successful and moving at an incredible pace. However, if you are ambitious and want to achieve great things in your career, this is somewhere that can really support that aspiration.
