Through the transformation they have lost some managers that understood the region and the teams. Many manager have left, some to our advantage and some to our disadvantage.
Inexperienced newer managers that don't understand our products or workings are poorer quality than before, and we really miss a single leader that knew how every department worked not just their own. Nobody knows who they can raise things to as the relationship is missing.
Local HR are so helpful but higher up can become slow and difficult to explain things too and you can sometimes just give up.
Training is just ok, lots of questions get asked but can seldom get answered without having to go and check which does not give confidence trying to sell or understand something new. Also please don't get defensive when we just want to understand something.
We stay here because we believe in the future of Siteminder, our CEO and of course our colleagues but things could improve.
